Pre-Order & Cancellation Policy

Certain products at House of Dubai Orland Park may be available for pre-order before they are physically in stock. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is expected to become available at a future date.

Payment

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, payment for pre-order items is collected at the time the order is placed. Your order confirmation serves as confirmation that your pre-order has been received.

Estimated Availability

Any estimated arrival, release, or shipping date shown on a product page is provided as an estimate and is not guaranteed. Pre-order products may be subject to delays from the brand, distributor, manufacturer, carrier, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to provide customers with updated information.

Orders Containing Pre-Order Items

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order merchandise, your order may be held until all items are available for shipment unless otherwise stated or arranged with us.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be eligible for cancellation before they have been fulfilled or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact House of Dubai Orland Park as soon as possible.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.

Product Availability

Pre-orders are accepted based on anticipated inventory. In the uncommon event that we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, we will cancel the affected item and issue a refund for the amount paid for that item.

Returns & Refunds

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, any return or refund request is subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.

By placing a pre-order with House of Dubai Orland Park, you acknowledge that you are purchasing an item that is not currently available for immediate fulfillment and that estimated availability dates may change.
